Star Crush Privacy Policy

Introduction
Star Crush collects only what it needs to run the game: your Solana wallet address, your game progress and your purchases. We do not sell your data, show ads or use tracking or analytics tools.
Star Crush is a match-3 puzzle game for Android, made by an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Star Crush app and the online services it uses to save your progress and sell in-game stars. By using Star Crush, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos. When you sign in with your Solana wallet, we store the following.

On your device. The app also keeps a copy of your progress, profile, wallet address and login streak on your phone, so you can play offline. Disconnecting your wallet in the app clears this copy.
Technical data. Like most online services, our hosting provider records basic request logs, such as IP address, time and app version, to keep the service running and secure.
How we use information
We use your information only to run Star Crush:
- Sign you in and keep your account secure
- Save and restore your levels, profile and items
- Process star purchases and check each payment on the Solana blockchain
- Give daily rewards and run promotions such as the Solana Scout trial
- Find and fix bugs, and prevent cheating or fraud
- Answer you when you contact us
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for marketing.
Blockchain and payments
Star purchases are Solana transactions, and Solana is a public blockchain. Anyone can see a payment's sending wallet, receiving wallet, amount and time, and no one, including us, can change or delete it.
- Your wallet app signs sign-in messages and payments. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase. Your wallet app has its own privacy policy.
- Balance and payment checks. To show your SOL balance and confirm payments, our server sends your wallet address and transaction signatures to a Solana RPC provider (Helius).
- We do not collect card or bank details. Star Crush accepts SOL only.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with these providers, and only so they can run parts of the game for us.

Other players cannot see your profile, progress or purchases. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect players or our service from fraud or abuse, or as part of a sale or transfer of the game. If the game is transferred, this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information while your account exists. To delete it, email us from the contact below with your wallet address. We will delete your account, progress, profile and login history within 30 days.
- Purchase records may be kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it.
- Blockchain transactions stay on Solana permanently. We cannot remove them.
- Your phone: to delete the copy stored on your device, disconnect your wallet in the app or uninstall it.
- After deletion: your stars, items and progress are gone and cannot be restored.
Children, security and international transfers
Children. Star Crush is not meant for children under 13, or the minimum age to use crypto wallets where you live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security. Our database only lets each player read and change their own records. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and payments are checked on our server, not in the app. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your wallet's seed phrase private.
International transfers. Our providers may store and process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and outside Singapore. We rely on their safeguards when they do.
Your rights, changes and contact
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under laws such as Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will also tell you in the app before they take effect.
