Star Crush Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By downloading or playing Star Crush, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Star Crush is made by an independent developer ("we", "us"). You must be at least 13 years old to play. To buy stars, you must be an adult where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You may not use Star Crush where it is against the law, including where crypto payments are banned.

The game and your wallet account

Your Star Crush account is your Solana wallet. You sign in by signing a message with your wallet. There is no password, and we cannot recover a lost wallet.

• You are responsible for your wallet, its seed phrase and everything done with it. We never ask for your seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
• Your progress, stars and items belong to the wallet you sign in with. They cannot be moved to another wallet.
• We may change, add or remove levels, features, rewards and items at any time, for example to fix bugs or balance difficulty.

Stars, items and SOL purchases

Stars and in-game items are a licence to use content inside Star Crush. They are not money, crypto, tokens or NFTs, and they have no value outside the game.

• No cash value. Stars and items cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged back for SOL or anything else.
• Prices. Star packs are priced in SOL and shown in the app before you pay. The amount your wallet asks you to approve is the price. One-time offers can be bought once per account.
• All sales are final. Solana payments cannot be reversed. Purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• Payment problems. If you paid but did not receive your stars, contact us with the transaction signature. We will check it on the blockchain and add the stars if the payment reached us.
• Your risk. You pay the network fees. You are responsible for sending payments from the wallet you signed in with, and for any loss caused by your wallet, network outages or changes in the value of SOL.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your crypto payments.

Daily rewards, trials and promotions

Daily rewards, the Solana Scout trial and other promotions are free extras. We may change or end them at any time.

• Daily days are counted by our server's clock in UTC. Missing a day resets your streak.
• Free stars and items follow the same rules as bought ones: no cash value and no transfers.
• Stars or items gained through bugs, outages or cheating may be removed.

Acceptable use

Play fair and leave the game working for everyone. You must not:

• Cheat, hack, modify the app, or use bots or scripts
• Exploit bugs to gain stars or items. Please report them to us instead
• Attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our servers
• Use another person's wallet without permission
• Choose a nickname that is offensive or illegal, or that pretends to be someone else
• Use Star Crush for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity

Ownership and licence

We own Star Crush, including its code, art, levels, names and logos. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on your own devices. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Star Crush is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work, be free of bugs, or keep your progress forever.

• We are not responsible for your wallet app, the Solana network, RPC providers or other services we do not control.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or crypto.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the SOL you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Suspension, changes, law and contact

Suspension. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we shut down Star Crush, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app. Unused stars have no cash value and are not refunded when an account closes or the game ends, unless the law requires it.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
